The Legal Secretary/Client Support Specialist will be a key player in our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from scanning documents and answering phones to assisting clients and supporting your colleagues. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and great organizational skills. The successful candidate MUST have legal experience and love the law. The candidate must also understand that the team will rely on them to follow established processes and procedures, while at the same time searching for new ideas on how to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: • Document Management: Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical files. • Client Interaction: Answer phones, greet clients, and provide excellent customer service. • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and provide support where needed. • Problem-Solving: Use common sense and initiative to address issues and find efficient solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems). • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. • Able to type 50 wpm. • A love of dogs and chocolate is a plus! Compensation: $50,000 yearly + bonuses
