In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing the full scope of a client's damages — from medical records and billing statements to wage loss documentation and pain & suffering statements — ensuring our attorneys have everything they need to fight for maximum recovery on behalf of clients. This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role that sits at the intersection of legal work, medical documentation, and client advocacy. You'll work closely with providers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to track down critical records, manage health insurance subrogation and lien information, and ensure every document is accurately captured, properly named, and ready for demand. Medical Records & Damages Documentation • Request, retrieve, and maintain medical records and itemized billing statements for all current treatment received by clients, as well as future medical damage records and estimates. Invoices & Document Management • Retrieve and update all invoices related to medical records, itemized billing, and property damage appraisals — ensuring all documents are properly named, redacted, and organized in the case management system. Wage Loss & Treatment Time • Retrieve and update client wage loss documentation and calculate time expenditure related to receiving medical treatment, ensuring all economic damages are accurately captured and current. Loss of Future Earning Capacity • Calculate and document loss of future earning capacity for applicable clients, coordinating with attorneys and relevant parties to ensure figures are supported and defensible. Pain & Suffering • Collect and document client pain and suffering statements, ensuring all non-economic damages are thoroughly gathered and properly recorded in support of the case strategy. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in a legal, insurance, or medical administrative role — with direct exposure to medical records, billing statements, liens, or claims documentation preferred. • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with the ability to perform damage calculations, including wage loss, treatment time expenditure, and loss of future earning capacity — accuracy. • Exceptional document management skills, including experience handling sensitive records, maintaining consistent file naming conventions, applying redactions, and managing high volumes of paperwork across multiple active cases simultaneously. • Highly organized, process-driven, and self-directed — able to manage competing deadlines, follow established workflows, and communicate proactively with providers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to keep cases moving forward. Compensation: $36,000 - $44,000 yearly
