We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of pre-litigation PI experience. In this role, you will manage cases through treatment until they are ready for demand, write detailed demand letters, and negotiate settlements. Responsibilities: • Organize and manage client files from intake to settlement • Assist with tracking medical providers, ordering records, and bills • Review medical records and bills, and verify that all records have been obtained • Update adjusters and clients regarding case status • Handle some new client intake calls Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills • 3 years or more of Personal Injury experience • Ability to learn, grow, and be part of a team committed to doing a great job • Knowledge of Neos case management software is not required, but is a plus Compensation: $60,000+ DOE plus quarterly performance bonuses
