    We’re a fast-paced, growing law firm focused on estate planning, real estate, business, and estate administration. We do thoughtful, intricate work for clients who expect things to be done correctly and followed through to completion. We are looking for an Asset Management Coordinator who likes order, checklists, follow-ups, and the satisfaction of knowing things didn't fall through the cracks because you were on it. Responsibilities: This role is all about implementation and follow-through • Assist with funding Trust documents (tracking assets, coordinating transfers, and follow-up correspondence) • Coordinate deed preparation and recordation • Communicate with financial advisors, accountants, bankers, and title companies • Track and manage assets across estate planning, real estate, business, and estate administration files • Maintain organized and accurate client records • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time • Support attorneys with asset-related administrative and coordination tasks Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Law firm/legal support; Real estate (title, settlement, lending, or brokerage support); or Financial services (banking, wealth management, or accounting support) • Strong attention to detail • Proven track record of maintaining organized and accurate client records • Organized, reliable, and comfortable at juggling multiple files • Ability to follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and correct task completion • Professional and clear communicator • Comfortable working with legal, real estate, and financial documents • Tech-comfortable and able to learn firm systems quickly Nice to have (Not Required) • Estate planning or estate administration experience • Deed transfers, recording, or title experience • Proper coordination with outside professionals on client matters Compensation: $33,000 - $55,000
