Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Class Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries related to potential class members, collecting relevant information, and ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information professionally, and experience in legal intake, customer service, or case management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential class members.
Conduct intake interviews and gather necessary case information.
Accurately document client information in the firm’s case management system.
Verify eligibility criteria for class participation based on provided guidelines.
Follow up with potential class members to obtain additional documentation when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate with attorneys and case managers regarding qualified leads.
Track and manage intake data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications
Prior experience in legal intake, client services, or call center roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM or case management software.
Basic understanding of class actions or mass tort cases is a plus.
