Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to all client messages via phone, email, and messaging platforms. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every client feels heard and supported. • Send welcome letters, engagement contracts, and other onboarding materials to new clients. • Answer incoming calls and return calls promptly. • Follow up with potential clients after consultations. • Schedule consultations and input all appointments into the firm calendar. • Maintain and update the firm calendar to ensure accuracy and prevent scheduling conflicts. • Assist with other client-related administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Have a college degree or equivalent. • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills. • Prior customer service or administrative experience. • Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and work independently. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. • Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude. • Comfortable using online communication and scheduling tools. • Exceptional communication skills & Excellent writing skills • Proficiency in Google applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Etc. • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. • A strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A strong commitment to learning and professional development.
