You will handle customer service, manage incoming messages, and ensure clients receive quick and accurate responses. Since immigration law is a significant part of the firm's work, being able to speak both Spanish and English is of vital importance for this position. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling consultations, maintaining the firm's calendar, and sending out welcome letters and contracts. Qualifications: • Have a college degree or equivalent. • Strong written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills. • Prior customer service or administrative experience. • Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and work independently. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. • Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude. • Exceptional communication skills. • Excellent writing skills. • Proficiency in Google applications such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Etc. • Competent with technology and able to manage digital files, calendars, and client communication platforms (Such as MyCase). • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. • A strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A strong commitment to learning and professional development.
