    Entry Level - Administrative Position - $18/hour ELDEIRY & ELDEIRY, P.A., a probate administration and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a highly personable, fun, loyal, energetic, positive, down-to-earth, responsible, and detail-oriented entry-level administrative person to join our team. Responsibilities: Collect and organize documents, set up new client files Represent the firm professionally and warmly—both over the phone and in written communications Handle general administrative support, including printing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance; refilling copier paper Managing incoming mail Draft and send emails and letters on behalf of the firm Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, court clerks, and judicial assistants as needed Send and track court pleadings and other legal documents Maintain consistent and professional client communication Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Will Have: Candidates will have taken the DISC assessment with WIZEHIRE Researched our Firm Previous law firm experience Excellent communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A client-first mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Reliable Transportation Compensation: $18 hourly
