Responsibilities: What You’ll Do You’ll be a central part of the day-to-day flow, supporting a mix of administrative and coordination tasks such as: • Contacting medical providers requesting records and bills • Ordering Police reports • Updating treatment status and supporting client files to help cases move forward • Answering calls when the receptionist is on other calls • Communicating with clients in a professional, reassuring manner • Jumping in where needed—anticipating needs and solving problems before they grow This role is ideal for a relationship-focused, get-it-done assistant! Qualifications: Who You Are • You’re dependable and follow through—people know they can count on you • You communicate clearly and build positive working relationships • You’re organized, but also flexible when priorities shift • You’re curious and eager to learn new skills and systems • Experience as a Legal Assistant is ideal, but not mandatory. If you have gained good experience in an office assistant role, we can help you learn what’s necessary in our Law Office Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
