    A boutique entertainment and media law firm is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys across a fast-moving practice. The firm operates at the intersection of traditional entertainment and the creator economy, representing creators, producers, executives, writers, directors, and brands in unscripted television, digital media, and talent deals.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    You will provide administrative and legal support to multiple partners, helping manage a high-volume, deadline-driven practice. The right candidate is detail-obsessed, discreet, and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple partners

    Prepare, format, proofread correspondence, contracts and legal documents

    Maintain and organize files and document management systems

    Assist with drafting routinue correspondence and tracking deal timelines and deadlines

    Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties on behalf of attorneys

    Handle billing support, expense reporting, and invoicing

    Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion

    Provide general office and administrative support as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or executive assistant - experience in an entertainment, media, or talent agency environment strongly preferred

    Familiarity with entertainment industry terminology and deal-making a significant plus

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, Calendly, and other similar products; experience with document management system a plus

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced boutique setting

    High degree of professionalism, discretion, and client-service orientation
