We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our law firm's team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position involves providing essential support to attorneys and paralegals in handling complex legal matters, with a particular focus on file organization, data input, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. This position is in-office. Responsibilities: • Handle client communications by screening inquiries and providing timely responses. • Organize and maintain client files in both electronic and physical formats for easy access. • Assist attorneys with billing processes and ensure accuracy in documentation. • Provide backup administrative support to other legal assistants as needed. • Ensure all tasks are performed with confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Prepare and submit electronic court filings for both state and federal jurisdictions. Qualifications: • You have 1+ years of experience in a legal environment. • History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals. • Must be professional, dependable, organized, and highly capable to work well independently. • Able to transport 100% of the time to the office location. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is highly regarded. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
