Responsibilities: • Funding Estate Plans – Guide clients in making sure their assets and property are properly connected to their estate plans. Work directly with clients and collaborate with financial institutions, insurance providers, and HR departments. • Trust Settlement – Help successor trustees and families transfer trust assets, settle debts, and honor loved ones’ wishes. • Clerical Support – Maintain organized digital and paper files, prepare client documents, and draft letters to clients. • Customer Support - Provide excellent client service and handle regular client contact in a professional and compassionate manner. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred. • 2+ years of experience in administration, banking, finance, insurance, or legal work. • Previous experience in banking, insurance, a financial firm, or a title company is especially helpful. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
