We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. Our office is in Seminole, Pinellas County.
Responsibilities
Greet Clients as they come in for appointments
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Prepare and proof legal documents
Ensure that file is well organized and available for review
Maintain and update documentation
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
2 years previous estate planning experience is required
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software (Prevail)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
