Job Details

• Support attorneys in drafting estate plans and trusts
• Draft and prepare legal documents
• Organize and manage case files efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant parties.
• Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
• Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
• Apply Southern California court rules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably with experience drafting estate plans and/or trusts
• Experience utilizing LexisNexis
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office).
