Legal Assistant (Family Law, Guardianship & Conservatorship)
Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino (LASSB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1958 to provide civil legal services to indigent and low-income individuals. Since its formation, LASSB has provided free legal services to protect clients’ rights and assist them in addressing legal issues that affect their daily lives. LASSB serves communities throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

LASSB has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant who will provide direct legal support to attorneys and meaningful assistance to clients in Family Law, Guardianship, and Conservatorship matters. This includes cases involving paternity, custody and visitation, legal separation, annulment, divorce, guardianships, and conservatorships.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-person position based in San Bernardino County, California. The position requires regular travel to off-site legal clinics and partner locations throughout the region. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to serving disadvantaged and vulnerable populations.
Salary Range: $45,600 – $47,840 annually, depending on experience. This range is provided in compliance with California pay transparency requirements.
