Responsibilities: • • Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, court appearances, and client consultations with precision and care. • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports to support our attorneys. • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities. • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case preparation. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries with empathy and clarity. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information and legal matters at all times. Qualifications: • • Experience in family law or litigation support, ensuring you're well-versed in the nuances of legal proceedings. • Ability to manage and organize client files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all documents are current and accessible. • Proven track record of coordinating and scheduling meetings, court appearances, and consultations with precision and care. • Strong skills in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports to support attorneys effectively. • Experience in preparing and filing legal documents with courts and relevant authorities, demonstrating your understanding of legal processes. • Ability to conduct thorough research on laws, regulations, and legal articles to aid in case preparation. • Excellent communication skills to provide empathetic and clear updates to clients, enhancing their experience and trust in our services. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE
