Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize legal documents such as divorce agreements, custody arrangements, and other family law matters. • Assist in discovery document collection, organization, and analysis. • Schedule client meetings, court dates, and manage attorney calendars. • Assist in client communication by providing case updates and gathering necessary documentation. • Conduct legal research and compile information as directed by paralegals and attorneys. • Maintain confidential client files and handle all correspondence with discretion. • Assist attorneys in court and mediation preparation. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Previous experience as a legal assistant in family law (required). • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software. • A compassionate and professional demeanor with a high respect for confidentiality.
