This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be a critical member of our legal team. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, communicate effectively with clients and internal staff, and prioritize attorney requests. You'll manage multiple demands at once, so knowing what matters most - and acting on it - is essential. Communication & Client Interaction • Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to gather documents, answer inquiries, and provide bilingual support. • Intake & Coordination: Assist with new client onboarding by gathering initial information, identifying case needs, and briefing attorneys meetings and follow-ups. Administrative & Office Support • Deadline Tracking: Monitor and calendar critical immigration deadlines, RFE response dates, and legal staff appointments. • **Legal Research & Prep: **Conduct basic legal research and support attorneys with interview preparation and consultation notes. • Process Compliance: Stay updated on immigration laws and firm policies to ensure compliance and best practices. Technology & Compliance • Systems Management: Utilize firm software to track cases, update databases, and ensure the accuracy of all digital notes. • Confidentiality: Maintain strict compliance with government and firm policies regarding client confidentiality and document retention. Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual (Spanish/English). • Immigration Law. • Previous experience with Monday.com and GoHighLevel databases. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
