In this position, you will support Mr. Hooss in all aspects of personal injury case management from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include opening and managing personal injury claims, communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, and ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the case. You will request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, track deadlines, and assist with general case preparation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury claims from intake through resolution, ensuring all case details are accurately and thoroughly handled • Report claims to insurance carriers and verify coverage information • Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to support case progression • Request, obtain, and organize medical records and billing documentation for case evaluation and settlement preparation • Verify health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid liens and related interests • Review and analyze accident reports, medical records, and insurance documentation • Monitor and track deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all case-related tasks • Assist in preparing comprehensive demand packages and settlement materials Qualifications: • Legal experience preferred Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
