What You'll Be Doing

• Provide administrative and operational support to U.S. attorneys and paralegals

• Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and internal communications

• Manage case files, deadlines, and document organization

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel when required

• Support attorneys with scheduling, follow-ups, and case tracking

• Maintain accurate records within legal management systems

This is an operational role with direct exposure to legal workflows and day-to-day law firm operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with U.S. law firms (required)

• Experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role

• Advanced English (written and spoken) with strong professional communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Comfort working with U.S.-based teams and adapting to structured processes

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
