    Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC seeks an experienced, highly organized Legal Assistant for its Fort Collins office. This fully in-office role supports approximately five attorneys across multiple practice areas, each with varying support needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting attorneys, maintaining client relationships, coordinating deadlines, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of legal matters, and in-office service oversight. Additionally, this role will assist with the preparation of legal documents and handle all office correspondence, including answering limited phone calls, arranging meetings and travel, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. Responsibilities: 3-7 years of paralegal, legal assistant, or related law firm experience preferred. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, timekeeping systems, and legal technology. Familiarity with Colorado e-Filing, PACER/ECF, and electronic calendaring systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff. Commitment to professionalism, client service, and confidentiality. Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with applicable ethical obligations. Qualifications: • Candidates should have strong organizational skills and communication skills • Proficient with MS Office products • Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs • Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment At least 3-7 years of paralegal, legal assistant, or related law firm experience preferred Compensation: $55,575 - $68,250 yearly
