    Experienced Paralegal – Real Estate Closings, Title, & Entity Formations We’re seeking an experienced Paralegal to be a key member of our team, partnering with attorneys on sophisticated real estate and business Law matters. We help visionaries and investors execute with confidence across business and real estate matters, combining meticulous transactional work with proactive, business-centered counsel. If you’re organized, proactive, and precise—and eager to grow with a firm that values professionalism and impact—we want to hear from you Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues • Manage real estate closings from contract to closing • Review purchase and sale agreements and supporting documents • Order and review title, lien searches, and tax information • Identify and clear title and lien issues • Request and track estoppels, surveys, and payoffs Prepare closing documents , including: • Closing Disclosures (CDs) • HUD-1/settlement statements • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients • Ensure files are complete and properly prepared for closing • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure deadlines are met • Post-closing experience is a plus , but not required • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and counterparties, ensuring timely, professional communication and updates. • Drive real-estate closings end-to-end: prepare checklists, manage estoppels and payoff statements, coordinate escrow and wiring, schedule signings, and complete post-closing recordings. • Support commercial lease and purchase/sale transactions with diligence tracking, document versioning, and organized signature packets. Business Law Corporate Matters- PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED. • Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence for attorney review, including redlines, demand letters, cease-and-desist letters, and contract term sheets. • Manage corporate and business matters with minimal supervision: entity formations and conversions, EINs, amendments, and full corporate governance (operating agreements, resolutions, consents, minute books, and registers). • Prepare and file regulatory and business submissions (e.g., trademark applications, nonprofit registrations, liquor licenses) and track agency follow-up. • Run and analyze title, municipal lien, tax, and UCC searches; coordinate surveys and curative actions; assemble closing binders. • Maintain matter discipline; coordinate service of process, keep digital files organized, and monitor all deadlines and reminders in the practice system. • Provide targeted administrative support as needed, including call triage and filing aligned to active matters and calendar priorities. Qualifications: • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills • 7+ years’ experience in Florida real estate closings, title, and entity formation for businesses. • Spanish/English bilingual is strongly preferred. • Mastery of closing timelines, checklists, and attention to detail. • Experience managing client relationships and handling confidential information. • Proven ability to manage files independently from beginning to end • Strong knowledge of title, liens, estoppels, surveys, and closing procedures • Experience preparing closing disclosures and settlement statements (HUDs) • Proficiency in Qualia is required (no training provided) • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern legal-tech workflows, including PDF editors, e-signature platforms, practice-management and CRM systems, e-filing portals, structured calendaring/ticklers, and document automation/templates. • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address emerging issues, workflow bottlenecks, and time-sensitive requests. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, court officials, and internal teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Compensation: $65,000
