In this role, you’ll coordinate real estate closings, assist with corporate filings, and ensure every client receives exceptional service in both languages. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually (Depending on experience) • Benefits: 3 Weeks PTO (15 days), Paid Holidays, Employer-Sponsored Medical Insurance, and a Flexible In-Office Schedule • Opportunities for professional growth in a modern, bilingual real estate law practice Responsibilities: • Support attorneys and paralegals in preparing and organizing real estate and business transaction files. • Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies to schedule closings and collect required documents. • Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents in both English and Spanish. • Manage data entry in Qualia and Practice Panther; maintain client and property records accurately. • Assist with payoff requests, settlements, and post-closing tasks such as document scanning and file completion. • Provide bilingual client service and ensure all parties are informed throughout the transaction process. • Participate in occasional community events or marketing activities that strengthen client relationships. Qualifications: • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required. • Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or real estate office preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM or database systems. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. • Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality. • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
