Responsibilities: • Answering phone calls and returning voicemails in a timely, professional manner • Scheduling appointments and managing the attorneys' calendar • Scanning, organizing, and electronically filing documents with a proper naming convention • Assisting with document preparation and drafting under attorney supervision • Performing data entry with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality • Providing general administrative support to the legal team Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Comfortable with basic computer skills and open to learning new software • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion • Previous experience in an office or client-facing environment is a plus Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
