- Answers phone calls, schedule court hearings, send letters of representation to the court, calendar appointments, and support clients.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Must exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Must anticipate needed supplies and place orders for office supplies.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ideal candidate must live in the Hudson County Area.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Work Hours/Benefits
