    As the firm’s Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping cases moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage documents, scheduling, and client communication across platforms like Filevine and Microsoft 365/Outlook, ensuring everything stays on track. Your responsibilities will also include opening new cases, requesting medical records, assisting with settlements, and maintaining organized, up-to-date files. In addition, you’ll support in-office operations by processing physical mail and helping with client appointments as needed. Location: The firm is based in Fort Myers. I am ideally looking for a hybrid role- but am open to remote for the right candidate. The law firm’s recruitment process includes an initial phone screening, a practical assessment, and reference checks — all designed to make sure that you and the firm are a great fit for each other. Qualifications: • 1+ year of law firm or legal support experience (personal injury preferred) • Experience with Filevine, Microsoft 365, and/or Arctrieval is a plus • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and follow-through Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
