This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional who thrives in busy legal settings, understands California civil procedures, and takes pride in being a reliable support partner in trial preparation and court filings.

What You'll Do:

• Draft and format pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence
  
• File documents with California state and federal courts (including e-filing)
  
• Manage attorney calendars, hearing dates, and critical deadlines
  
• Coordinate depositions, meetings, and court appearances
  
• Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibits and witness coordination
  
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
  
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical case files

Who You Are:

• Experienced in civil litigation and knowledgeable of California court rules
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
  
• A natural multitasker with excellent communication skills
  
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  
• Confident in managing multiple cases and priorities independently

Compensation:

• $80,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
