We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team, in our office located in Orlando, FL.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of one (1) year experience (preferred). Duties will include assisting paralegals and attorneys with the following tasks:

• Preparation of correspondence, and initial pleadings
• Following up on subpoenaed records
• Standard clerical duties
• Scheduling Hearings, Mediation, Depositions, etc.,
• Organization and preparation of files and binders for same under the supervision of a paralegal and/or an attorney.
• Other duties as assigned.
