Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting salary range of $45,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: You will work directly with our attorneys on cases that matter. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting legal research. • Drafting and polishing legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests. • Preparing for trial—organizing exhibits, prepping witnesses, and handling logistics. • Supporting the team with intake, billing, calendaring, and keeping our files organized and accessible. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience or equivalent law office experience. • Experience with civil litigation procedures. • Strong aptitude for navigating and learning various legal and office software systems. Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 yearly
