We're a fast-growing law firm that helps people when insurance companies refuse to pay what they owe. We're looking for an organized, dependable Legal Assistant with 1-2 years of legal experien ce (strongly preferred to have litigation experience ). We are seeking someone who wants to learn and grow with a strong team.
Scan, label, and save documents into the correct digital file (paperless office)
Receive and log mail, deliveries, and packages
Answer phones and emails professionally; help schedule client calls and meetings
Help prepare letters and emails using templates (training provided)
Organize case files so attorneys have what they need for court and meetings
Assist with e-filing/e-service (training provided)
Update basic tracking spreadsheets and case notes (leads, appointments, referral sources, etc.)
Reliable and on time; ready to work in-office during business hours. A hybrid role can be discussed if you are in good standing after 3 months of employment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow steps and check your work
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Clear, professional communication (phone, email, and in-person)
Helpful: 2+ years experience as a receptionist, file clerk, office assistant, admin assistant, or legal assistant/secretary.
PCs, Microsoft OneDrive, and Clio (or similar systems), AI. If you've used similar tools, great—if not, we'll train.
High school diploma/GED required. College or additional training is a plus.
