Our client, a litigation law firm in Houston, Texas, seeks a highly experienced legal assistant. Must have 7+ years of Texas litigation legal assistant experience, including E-filing in various courts (state and federal).
Familiarity with the EEOC Portal, Occupation Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is a must.

Responsibilities:
Assist multiple attorneys in employment litigation, business litigation and construction litigation.
Assist with case management.
Calendar deadlines and track important dates related to meetings, litigation, or other legal proceedings.
Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, notices, motions, and other legal documents.
Schedule hearings and depositions.
Maintain and organize all forms and templates.
Compensation:
Market: $75,000 - 85,000+ DOE, plus comprehensive benefits package, retirement, PTO, and other benefits. Base salary is dependent upon several factors, including years of relevant experience, education, certifications, job history, litigation background, references, tenure, and skills.
