  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    You will be part of an integrated Business Affairs/Legal team. The members of this team work collaboratively with respect to all aspects of developing, producing and acquiring motion pictures. As new issues/situation arise daily, your tasks/responsibilities will vary. We are a dynamic, collegial team who take pride in responding quickly and appropriately. We are very much a part of every motion picture that the Company produces and/or distributes.

    Responsibilities

    • Help establish, maintain and participate in Company document management system
    • Help establish and maintain various Company databases including forms and precedents
    • Manage contracts; prepare, revise or review agreements, under attorney supervision
    • Prepare correspondence
    • Prepare summaries and indexes of agreements
    • Coordinate and arrange for payment under talent agreements
    • Process invoices from outside counsel and others
    • Special projects for SVP and others within the department
    • Manage calendar for one SVP
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, process travel expenses, prepare expense reports
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4 year college degree or 4 year work experience in a similar position

    • Fluency in various computer programs including word, excel and powerpoint
    • Experience with database management, electronic filing systems a plus

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
