Job 18677: Legal Assistant

National law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and personable professional with:
• 3+ years of administrative/secretarial experience within a law firm
• Trusts & estates practice experience, a plus
• Experience with attorney billing/timekeeping and document production, required
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Attorneys including calendaring, travel arrangements, file maintenance, client contact management, expense reports, etc.
• Assist with document production including detailed proofreading
• Process invoices and assist with attorney billing and timekeeping
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:
• Salary: $75K - $90K commensurate with experience + discretionary bonuses
• Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
• Hybrid schedule after probationary period
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
