Subin Associates, LLP, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our growing firm! The person in this position will be a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the direction of one of our senior attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, et al)

Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate

Request medical records

Communicating with clients

Record and store client information in our case management system

Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial

​Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant for a personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker - applicants without personal injury experience will not be considered)

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
