    San Francisco-based firm is seeking full or part time administrative support staff to join our sophisticated litigation practice. We try cases, and the successful candidate will gain valuable experience and become part of a top-ranked trial firm. Candidates should have 1-3 years of administrative experience. Our administrative staff works collaboratively with our lawyers, paralegals, and clients, and are key members of our team.

    This position will assist with a busy warranty and/or employment litigation caseload, primarily in California. While local candidates are preferred, we may accommodate remote work for exceptional candidates.

    Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
    • Drafting memoranda of understanding and obtaining/organizing documents.
    • Assisting with propounding and responding to written discovery and organization of documents
    • Downloading and serving documents, creating and updating spreadsheets, and keeping cases organized.

    Pursuant with California law, the salary range for this position will be $20-$30/hour based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team who are passionate about their work.

    • 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred.
    • Strong writing and case management skills.
    • Savvy with e-discovery, data/document management applications, and related technologies.
    • Previous law firm experience is preferred.
