Calone & Harrel Law Group, LLP - an established Stockton law firm searching for an experienced Paralegal in probate and estate planning matters as well as transactional matters, including business entity formations, purchase and sale agreements and general business law matters. Experience in assisting or drafting contracts, leases, business organizational documents, and letters, as well as in calendaring deadlines, proofreading, and client communication is preferred.

Excellent English, grammar, spelling, proofreading, calendaring, and typing skills are necessary. Computer proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadline demands, be flexible, organized, detail oriented, and resourceful. Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills. Sensitivity, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
