Our law firm is seeking a legal assistant/paralegal to join our growing team. Spanish/English speaking with law office experience preferred. The individual will provide case management services and various kinds of support to the negotiators and attorneys. We offer $22/hr and up depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line telephone calls and scheduling appointments
• Interpreting and translating documents
• Setting up claims and filing documents
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Record and store client information

​ Qualifications:

• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Multi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
• Personal injury law preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Needles/Neos experience preferred but not required
