Herrmann Law, PLLC is currently seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with strong multitasking skills, motivation, and attention to detail to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our calendar, spreadsheets, discovery processes, and overall case management. This role involves close collaboration with attorneys to meet their needs efficiently. As duties may vary day-to-day, the ability to multitask effectively is essential.
Responsibilities:
Organize and file court documents.
Manage docket organization, filing, labeling, and exhibit stamping.
Assist with discovery processes, including organizing and tracking deadlines.
Update case spreadsheets and file notices accordingly.
Schedule and maintain the firm's calendar for orders, deadlines, extensions, and trial dates.
Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, conferences, and mediations.
Draft, review, and file legal documents accurately.
Maintain physical and electronic firm files.
