In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with attorneys, manage case files, coordinate depositions, and assist in discovery, trial prep, and court appearances. Ideal candidates will bring plaintiff-side civil litigation experience—especially in personal injury—and a strong foundation in discovery and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Handle discovery (propounding/responding)
• Manage legal research and filings
• Coordinate depositions and trial preparation
• Maintain organized client files and legal calendars
• Facilitate communication with courts, experts, and opposing counsel
• Provide support during trial, including appearances

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior plaintiff-side civil litigation experience (required)
• Strong discovery and legal documentation skills
