    Full-Time | In-Office Our firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support the legal team by helping keep daily workflows organized, coordinated, and moving forward efficiently. This role is client-facing and involves frequent communication with clients by phone, email, and in person, along with administrative and legal support responsibilities that help ensure work is completed accurately and on time. The Legal Assistant plays an important role in supporting attorneys and legal staff by helping manage the flow of information, documents, deadlines, follow-ups, and client communication throughout the client experience. This position also assists with coordinating and facilitating client signing appointments and ensuring executed documents are properly handled and routed. You will gain exposure to legal processes, case workflows, and client interactions, with opportunities to grow into more advanced legal support responsibilities over time for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, professionalism, and initiative. This is a structured, fast-paced position suited for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional office environment. Who Will Thrive in This Role You will succeed in this position if you: • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members • Are confident and professional when speaking with clients by phone and in person • Are dependable and consistent in completing tasks accurately and on time • Enjoy structured work with clear expectations and deadlines • Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions carefully • Are interested in learning legal processes and growing over time • Stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a busy environment • Enjoy providing excellent client service and helping clients feel supported throughout the process Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the legal team by helping ensure that tasks, communications, documents, and client matters move through the office in an organized and timely manner. • Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, reminders, document requests, follow-ups, and basic case updates • Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing a high level of professionalism and client service • Monitor and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely follow-up and completion • Support communication between attorneys, team members, clients, and external contacts • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment preparation • Coordinate and assist with client signing appointments, including preparing materials, confirming logistics, and ensuring signed documents are properly processed and routed • Help organize, prepare, format, and process legal documents and correspondence as directed • Track task status and ensure updates are properly documented and communicated • Ensure information and materials are routed to the appropriate team members for action • Follow up on outstanding items to help keep matters moving forward efficiently • Support internal coordination between team members to reduce delays and gaps in workflow • Assist with general administrative and legal support duties, including organization, tracking, document handling, scanning, and file management as needed • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling client information and legal documents Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and daily access to a reliable personal vehicle for required work-related travel, including client home visits and other off-site duties • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks such as bending or reaching • Notary Public license, or the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain one • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with office systems and tools, including email, word processing, scheduling systems, and CRMs • Ability to perform core job responsibilities in a structured, deadline-driven environment with accuracy and consistency • Demonstrated reliability and consistent follow-through on assigned responsibilities • Ability to work within defined processes and task-based workflows • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle attorney-client privileged and sensitive information Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly depending on experience & demonstrated capability
