    Candidates must have at least 1 – 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant experience to be considered for this role. Responsibilities: • Gather, review, and manage all documents needed for personal injury matters, including medical records, medical bills, and liens. • Maintainn update, and organize the case management system with all relevant documents, including all incoming and outgoing mail for the team. • Arrange travel, schedule meetings, appointments, and depositions. • Coordinate with outside vendors for events. Maintain office correspondence and administrative tasks, including but not limited to: • Responding to emails and phone calls. • Communication with opposing attorneys’ offices. • Informing the team of deadlines. • Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for a case. • Proofreading documents. • Other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • 1 – 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred. • Knowledge of NJ and PA court filings. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite • HS Diploma required; Associate degree or role-specific training is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience with legal software, litigation case management and docketing programs in NJ and PA. • At least 1 – 2 years of previous experience in a law firm setting wherein the primary tasks included administrative tasks. Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
