We are seeking a Full-Time Legal Assistant who can assist in supporting our attorneys and paralegals. This position will also support the firm's Investigator, which includes collaborating with vendors, significant scheduling, personal management, monitoring vendors, and analyzing various scenarios. Duties include performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposits, and bill pay for the firm’s cases in QuickBooks. The position will record, maintain, organize, and prepare financial data. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and keep all financial data organized and current. Candidate needs to be level-headed, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, ask appropriate questions, use common sense, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be team-oriented.
