    Job Description

    Solodar & Solodar law seeks a candidate with experience in a legal office setting, a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to work independently and accurately to meet deadlines and self-motivated. Job responsibilities will include, data entry, account review, preparing and filing pre-suit and post-judgment court documents, answering phone calls, accepting payments, client communication and various other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and case management software a plus.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a friendly and efficient demeanor
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.

    Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt, in person
