We are a growing estate planning and probate law firm looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy days. The right person for this role likes checklists, follow-through, and keeping details from falling through the cracks. While much of this position involves client intake, scheduling, document management, and administrative support, you'll also greet clients, help them feel welcome, and provide backup support for our Practice Coordinator. This is a foundational role within the firm, focused on organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Responsibilities: Client Support & Front Desk Coordination • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism • Offer refreshments and assist with client meetings as needed • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients • Communicate clear explanations and guidance regarding our process to clients and potential clients Office & Administrative Support • Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files • Process incoming and outgoing documents • Enter and maintain information in our CRM and case management systems • Prepare client packets, binders, and other materials • Maintain office supplies, tidy shared spaces, and support event logistics • Assist with calendaring and administrative support for attorneys and staff • Provide backup phone coverage and administrative support for the team Your Growth Opportunities We are a growing law firm. Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience. Experience with CRM systems preferred • Socially competent, organized, and reliable—with strong follow-through • Great verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable learning new software and working in a structured, fast-paced office • Interest in the legal field and a willingness to grow • Notary Public (or willing to obtain; we will assist) Compensation: $26 hourly
