    Spada Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized bilingual Legal Assistant to join our rapidly growing team! The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with Attorneys and Case Managers to assist clients and ensure we’re operating efficiently. Responsibilities: • Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly • Perform legal research, as needed, with help from attorneys and paralegals • Request medical records from various hospitals and healthcare facilities, and follow up with these requests to ensure the timely delivery of records to our case managers, while keeping track of all requests made. • Ensure that all invoices for medical records and bills are paid, and expenses are properly logged and attributed to client ledgers. • Assist attorneys and case managers as needed on each case, including client communication, creating and editing case support documents, obtaining case-related details, and interviewing witnesses. Qualifications: • Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products • 1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant • Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus • Bilingual (English and Spanish). Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
