• 2+ years of defense litigation experience
• Paralegal certification and / or a bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver that stands heads and shoulders above the crowd
• An ultra-professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills
• Excellent software skills which include an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and various database programs
• Superb references
