You’ll welcome visitors and clients, answer phone calls and schedule appointments, respond to emails, sort and deliver mail, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Professionally answer phone calls from potential new clients, ask questions to determine the root of the problem, and schedule an appointment to meet with the attorney to establish new client relationships • Greet clients and other visitors with a smile to create a welcoming first impression • Create paper and virtual files for each new client • Retrieve and distribute mail • Scan, copy, and file materials received from clients and the courts • Prepare mailings of court filings • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the attorney Qualifications: • Previous experience in a professional setting is required; law firm experience is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude to learning other software programs such as practice management software • Ability to convey confidence on the phone, with a smile • Ability to show empathy to clients and puts them at ease • Attention to detail • You enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you • Minimum of high school diploma required Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000
