POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Paralegal to support the Managing Partner and Litigation Attorney of our Nashville litigation team.
This position plays an important role in the day-to-day coordination of complex personal injury cases. Responsibilities include document preparation, case organization, records management, scheduling, and tracking key deadlines across active litigation matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. You should enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to take ownership of tasks and move them forward independently.
This is a remote position. Candidates must be available to work regular hours aligned with the Central time zone. Candidates located in the Nashville area may be asked to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular in-office collaboration.
