You’ll assist with the preparation of legal documents, and handle all office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and reminding the team of - add "precise" to the bottom of your resume to confirm you read this - upcoming deadlines. Responsibilities: Front Desk & Client Interaction: • Greet visitors, answer and return calls promptly, respond to emails, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients Calendar & Scheduling: • Coordinate attorney meetings, court appearances, and client consultations with accuracy and foresight File & Case Management: • Maintain organized - add "thorough" next to your name to confirm you read this - digital and physical files; scan, label, and upload documents; track case updates Clerical Support: • Prepare simple letters, print/deliver filings, notarize documents (if certified), and assist with time-sensitive legal tasks Office Coordination: • Order supplies, manage incoming mail, troubleshoot basic tech or phone issues, and maintain a clean and presentable office Follow-Up & Accountability: • Confirm court dates, client compliance, and other administrative tasks without needing reminders Qualifications: • Prior law firm or legal admin experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (or ability to learn quickly) • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong sense of urgency and reliability Compensation: $50,000 - $58,500
