You will serve as a central point of coordination between attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and agents, ensuring that each file is handled with accuracy, urgency, and care. Compensation • $20 - $30 hourly • Opportunities for bonuses Responsibilities: • Support attorney in managing residential real estate transactions • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including closing disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, and loan packages • Coordinate, order, and review title work, payoffs, lien searches, surveys, and HOA documentation • Schedule and confirm closings, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards • Track critical dates and proactively follow up to keep transactions on schedule • Assist with post-closing processes, including document recording and file completion • Provide professional, timely communication and support to clients throughout the closing process Qualifications: • Experience in a real estate law firm, title company, or closing department required • Knowledge of real estate closing processes and legal documentation • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in transaction management systems and document platforms • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment • Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
